Caitlin is the heart of our clinic’s front-of-house, dedicated to ensuring that every patient experience is smooth and welcoming. With her hands-on approach, she manages daily operations, coordinates home visits and in-clinic appointments, and provides essential support to all our podiatrists.

Role & Responsibilities

Patient Management: Caitlin oversees the scheduling and management of appointments, both for home visits and in-clinic consultations, ensuring that patients receive timely and compassionate care.
Administrative Excellence: She handles the day-to-day running of the clinic, from greeting patients to managing administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless workflow that supports our clinical team.
Support for Podiatrists: By keeping communication channels open and efficiently coordinating logistics, Caitlin is the backbone of our clinic’s operations, enabling our podiatrists to focus on delivering the best care possible.

Balancing a busy professional life with a young family, Caitlin brings warmth, empathy, and genuine passion to her role. Her commitment to helping others is evident in every interaction, making our clinic a friendly and supportive environment for patients and staff alike.
